I had book a room in a hotel name, Sharma Tourist Home for my staff at the time of check in the property owner denied our check-in and did not even refund for the same. It was night that time and there were a male person and a female. I booked the hotel from my company's login details in my system, so I many times tried to call support and tried to chat with the support always it went in waste because I was unable to connect. There is no customer support available from there side. I booked room for * nights and totally waste of money. I need the refund for the booking.
