I had booked a hotel for my stay in tezpur from make mytrip. When i reached the city i got to know this hotel is * hr drive away from tezpur in anotyer city charali. MMT people are saying it is written in address that it in biswanath charali but i didnt knew that biswanath chairali is a different city and i thought it was a name of some street in tezpur.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
