I had a hotel booked via MMT. The place was absolutely a mess, had bed bugs and room was dirty. I immediately contacted the MMT customer service and told them everything, wrote emails with evidence while standing outside the hotel after a long tiring flight. The property owner sent a staff member and quickly cleaned the bed top and sent it to mmt as evidence that everything is clean. It has been over * days and MMT is not responding to my emails. They repeatedly say that complaint is under review from supervisors. I need my money back immediately. I had to find another hotel at **pm urgently, I just need my original payment back.
