I had booked a hotel at Delhi to stay on ** and check out on ** September through Make my trip App. When I reached Delhi on **, I was aghast to know that my booking in the Hotel was cancelled. On enquiry with MMT, they said it had been cancelled by me. I denied the same and asked for the IP address of the computer which cancelled the booking. They gave an IP address of Australia. No resolution is given. I had to spend Rs **,*** for a new hotel.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
