We have booked hotel in Goa on **.**.**** through MMT App and it had shown the booking is cancelled due to a technical issue without booking ID but the amount got debited from the bank account. We inquired with the bank on **.**.**** and they said that the amount credited to Merchant's account. We have complained in MMT App and mailed also but they told that they couldn't help. They replied in mail to get self help through app but without Booking ID we can't do anything in the app and Booking ID is not showing in my trips.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
