Hitachi 1 5 Ton AC - Horrible service and behaviour

My Hitachi split air conditioner had gone for repair to the service Center. Firstly I had a delayed delivery. In the scorching heat of Kolkata it was getting very difficult to survive without it so I requested them ample number of times to get it installed in a days time. But the technician turned up after * days to install our machine. He apparently could not install it that day becoz he was unable the make holes in my wall. So I was told that since they don't have the required Equipments they will finish my work the next day. Next day after calling them ten times I was told that the technician told me yesterday to get the wall work done on my own by some other mechanic and then after * days they would come and install my machine. When the technician was doing his job the previous day I being a customer tried my best to arrange all the Equipments for him so that his work becomes easier. But he went and gave a false report regarding us. I am disgusted with Hitachi service and their staff who are very impolite and very very rude to their customers.
