Hitachi 1 5 Ton AC - NO COOLING OF AC

This is regarding NO COOLING complaint of my ac which was purchased on **/**/****.
This AC is not making cooling. I always need to sit in front of ac to get cooling. It is not making my room cool after using for *-* hours.
I have raised a complaint #*********** and a technician came on **/**/**
He has followed his basic SOP and kept temperature meter in the face of ac and showed me that ac temperature is fine.
I asked him to check room temperature and see how much time it is taking to make the room cool but he denied and saying that he has followed the company sop to check the problem and found there is no problem. But my problem still not resolved. This is still not making the room cool. After that I have raised another complaint and immediately received a call from a senior named - AMIR CHOUDHARY and this person was pathetic and speaking in very unprofessional manner. Saying why did you raised another complaint when there is no problem in your ac. I told him that you have followed the basic process and even didn't look upon customer problem. these technician are not having any diploma or degree and when I asked him to share, he started argument with me.
I need a senior technician who has qualified to decide where issue is right or wrong
I don't want any roadside technician who have been hired by company basis on work experience only.
I have made another complaint and the appointed technician has denied to come.
i need a full refund or complete replacement of this AC from Hitachi.
