Honda city - Honda car service issue

I went to honda on * jan for body paint and daint as i have zero dept insurence so i claim the amount from insurence and my car was repaired after final bill given to me which was **** to pay and when i ask them that why  i need to pay this amount insurence company agenct told me that honda body shop manager didnt send them proper picture of having work on this car so the reason they overcharged amount and since they cant pay so its between u and company and so i paid the amount that day after having conversation with gernal manager brijesh at picky city honda vidaydhar nagar he told me that when i visit next time for service he will wave of the amount and now i went to honda for break paid and when the bill is came i spoke with brijesh about the wave off and he started abusing me and told me who i am and he didnt know me nor he know about the conversation we had and he started whispiring with the other guy that din me pta nhi kitno ko wave off k liyeh kthe hai lekin sb ko thori na deh skte hai and he even abused me and fi ally i had to pay money again kindly take strict action against brijesh and and give my money back to me
