Homelane - Homelane cheated me

Transaction id: reference No: ************ Problem: I have approached for home interior decoration service in homelane company on **-*-** and paid the amount of rupees *****/-. But I was not satisfied with that service so I want to cancel the service so I called to the Homelane regarding this issue but they are refusing to provide a refund of full amount so I want to file a grievance against same.
Expectation: I need a refund of the full amount as soon as possible.
After raising Grievance Number: ******* complaint Homelane credited **% of **,***/- only. I want the full amount to be refunded i.e another **,***/- which my hard earned money.
I have not taken any service or product from the Homelane.
