Housejoy - Home construction pending

I had taken services for housejoy for my home construction at Bangalore on my own plot for ** lacs. They started the work and took ** lacs as material advance, labour payment, design charges. They have stopped working on my site from past * months with the reason of shortage of funds from company. I have already paid for my material and backfilling which they did not deliver and are demanding more money on top of that for the same work for which i have already paid siting company financial issues. They are lying to me about every little details and not trustworthy. They have swindled my money for other company and personal usage . So i am asking for termination and refund of my advances and all money for which work or material has not been delivered but they are refusing to terminate the agreement and refund my money. Also they are not delivering the design for which i have paid long back. They are also not able to meet their own project schedule . Total work done would be hardly *-* lacs but they are not giving actual money spent bills on material or labour I have paid ** lacs took a loan of ** lacs and now am stuck in this financial mess due to them. This is mental and financial harassments which they are doing . Home is a person's dream project and they are cheating and ruining people dream . I am demanding all, actual bills for money spent, money to be refunded for which labour/design work or material not delivered and compensation for all this mess they have put me into and the harassments they are doing to me since last * months
