Housejoy - Construction is stopped

We had an agreement on July ****, with total cost of **.* lacs for First Floor construction, Till now I paid *.** lacs and they complement only Slab, Its been more then a month I paid for materials they are not responding, According to agreement they should deliver the materials within **hrs of Payment. Agreement ends in Feb **** but they are not responding and not resuming construction. I need my money back and NOC So I can go to other vendor.
