Home Centre Private Limited selling defective furniture

We bought furniture from your Inorbit Mall store, Hyderabad on **/**/****. The double cot proved to be a miserable flop, as the base is not properly fitted. It moves on and off and literally we have to adjust the railings on a daily basis. One fine morning my wife collapsed and fallen into the valley created when the railings refused support to the top cover. The second double cot is no better. It’s a totally disgusting experience, to say the least.
I placed the request before Home Centre Private Limited through mail on **th October ****, giving details of my loyalty card (**********
GST ****JIZF). Home Centre has sent two repair personnel to rectify things. The repair professionals had to struggle at lot to bring the cot in shape. The wooden plan has bent considerably. The side railings and supports have fallen by the wayside. The side panels have expanded to such an extent, both repair professionals had to get * screws on either side to get the side panels in shape. At the rear, some screws had to be fixed to see that the plan will not fall when the mattress is laid out. When the entire operation got over, It looked like a make-shift, second-hand double cot fit for babies and not for adults. Because every time we take the position, we have to sit with a lot of care and caution, since the plank had fallen a dozen times and we had to come with our own repair kit to put the plank in its place
This is a totally frustrating experience. I have placed the request (**th October and again on **th October) before Home Centre people through mail requesting them to replace the double cot or refund my money (INR **,***) They are not responding to this request. Please help
