Home Centre Landmark Group - Bed is made of bad quality wood ply getting FUNGUS allover

I purchased STELLAR-ORA KING HYDRAULIC bed in March ****. In just one year, its wood/ply started showing WHITE circular patches/FUNGUS at different sections of bed, allover.
First time, I wiped the places with dry cloth but it again appeared in few weeks. It simply shows that the BAD quality of wood/ply is used to construct this bed.

There is no wet/leakage issue in room/on walls (where bed is placed) as flat is new.
Their Customer care's reply to my mail - "With regards to your Invoice Number:-------, we regret not being able to fulfil your request. Sadly, as the fungal problem is not covered under warranty, we will not be able to take this further."

I want full return of my money as this issue can not be identified by customer at the time of purchase. Home Centre should provide warranty on wood used.
