Taj india resort - Holiday package fraud by Taj India Resorts working under Company named Royalgrand Vacation Private L

I purchased a holiday package providing the service of hotels and paid an amount of Rs. **,*** out of which Rs. *,*** was paid on the spot via UPI on **.**.**** and balance Rs. **,*** was done by EMI through HDFC Bank which is going on. I tried contacting them multiple times for taking the promised services but they made excuses every time. I personally visited there office whereby nobody even came to attend me. Office boy was talking. I have the video of the same. There are many other people also who are trapped in this fraud. I visited them in Crown Plaza, Mayur Vihar phase *, Delhi whereby this holiday package was sold to me.
