Manoj Gurudialdass Aurora filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 28, 2021
I had booked an all inclusive trip via MMT from Mumbai to Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Delhi and back from **-** Dec. All hotel stays were shown as * Star hotels. (Booking ref NL ************* through Ms.Varsha Pravin Fulzele).
On reaching Delhi we found our hotel was worse than a roadside guesthouse. We immediately complained to all concerned but we're just put in touch with their ground local team ( Mr.Abhishek) who instead of resolving the issue just kept screaming that itsa * Star property..like a parrot. We were told that there was no alternative and if we cancelled we would get just one days refund ( hotel was booked for * nights). We were left on our own with no booking , no lead and no place to go. We had to rebook another hotel last minute at exorbitant rates, waste * hrs talking to rude MMT personal who provided no solution, and the mental stress of not having a hotel room to rest after being awake the full previous night ( having flown in early morning). We finally managed to book another hotel on our own at **** hrs.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
