I purchased a Hitachi AC *.* T on **.**.****. (bill attached). During installation on **.**.****, it was found that there is no gas in the outdoor. I raised a complaint via onedios and Hitachi customer service app on the same day **.**.****. Hitachi executive visited my house on **.**.****. and asked me to give ****/-. You can imagine , i purchased a AC of worth *****/- and without using it they were demanding ****/- extra . How can one feel about that .
After long discussion they agree to do it for ****/- but without giving bill. They charged ***/- for outdoor stand for which they gave bill. But for ****/- (gas filling) they didn't give any bill.
I want my money back. The shopkeeper from which I purchased AC don't have any sense to talk to customer. They are clearly asking for registering complaint on Hitachi website. No help from their side.
I only want my ****/- back ..because on a first day , without using a warranty product how can they charged.
