Dissatisfaction regarding a complaint raised on ** April for an AC that was purchased on ** April and installed on ** April.
Since the complaint was registered on ** April, Hitachi's customer care team has repeatedly referred to the **-hour timeline and assured me that the request is being prioritized. However, despite these repeated assurances, no effective resolution has been provided so far.
This continued delay is only adding to my frustration, especially considering that this is a newly purchased and newly installed AC. I expect prompt action and a clear resolution without any further delay.
Please treat this matter as urgent and ensure that the issue is resolved at the earliest
