Hi Team,
We checked in at Colive Rio Grande, room no. *** on March *th ****. Still we haven't got wifi access,
TV connection & hot water and no food.
As there is no property manager and raised many service request none of them addresses and ticked was closed automatically without any concern. We called the customer care number ********** they are very harsh and my property manager left the job without saying to no one ,cutomer care representative said we are not responsible you file a police complaint about your concern. Don't know how to stay here in the colive jail. Tomorrow March ** **** moving to native place due to my friend got sick using cold water. Please help us to refund. We trust colive gives a good service after coming to know ,they cheat customers only for money . We both paid **k but unable to stay healthy for * days . Going out with highly disappointed. Decided to go out somewhere only because of physical and mental pressure with zero amenities.Could someone help us to get refund
