MP Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Jabalpur - High voltage supply in home electricity connection

Hi there,
My name is Ankur Gupta and I have been facing high voltage supply in my home electricity due to which some appliances had damaged...I am facing this issue from * days and then I have put the main supply of my home in off condition I cannot switch on any LED bulb and can turn on water pump , due to this I'm in shortage of water and during in darkness...I have so far complained many times in local area electricity board and later on in **** helpline number, they have given me complaint number also but now it's around ** hours more from generation of my complaint ID but no one in the department is doing anything needful..My complaint ID is "C-*******"
