Sir I am from Village Gudhwa Post Tighra Gram Panchayat Jhonta Tehsil Birsinghpur (******) and my electricity distribution center is Barhana. We have not been able to collect the electricity bill yet due to the head lockdown time bill coming together. On **/**/****, the people of the Electricity Department came and without any notice, cut the wires of the house directly and took them along. And when all this happened there was no one present in the house except our mother. So does the electrician have the right to do so, disconnect the connection without any notice.
