CESC LTD KOLKATA - HIGH AND WRONG AMT OF BILL CHARGED BY CESC

Honourable Sir,
I am one of the citizens of calcutta. This month CESC send me the bill of *** units that is Rs. ****.** which is just the copy of June **** bill. As per the reading of march **** my meter reading was **** and as on **.**.**** the reading was **** (cesc notified me by sms) .So the difference between march to july ** is *** units which I consume till date. Now please tell me how cesc can send me the bill of *** units on june which is excess of my usage? And the funny thing is I have already paid the Bill's on march=Rs.***.**, April = *** and on May Rs. ***. by online.

Sir, I have called them no of times for the issue but they only are requesting me for paying the whole amt.
Sir, I am a common man and have no income from last * months. I am unable to pay this unjustified bill of cesc. Hope you help me at your best.
