I have booked a Balance transfer through SBI site for ₹***** on *th NOV **** for *** days which will end on * May **** with intresr charges of *.*% per month and zero processing fees as per there site details a.
Now In Dec when the first bill was genrated, they cahrged me ₹**** aprx fine and intrest charges. I called the helpline number and the person on line explained me mam except BT rest all transaction charges including BT intrest all ammount has to be paid. Which I paid on date, later in jan also they again charged fine ammount ₹****, which was not correct and no such information was there on site and not even clarified in call why it was charges, so later post calling them they returned. But same thing happened in Feb as well they cahrged ₹**** -as fine for which also I called them but no solution was provided so I paid that too but now even in month of March they charging ₹****. And when I Called last month they said mam you made transactions on card without clearance of Bt ammount ***for which end date is * may **** means I still have time for that, but as I am using card and even paying those new transactions amount on time still they charging fine. I was not informed about that even while booking Blance transfer nor even on call when I counsulted them before first Payement.
They falsely charging more intrest insted of ₹*** as per *.*% what they told me.
This is a fraud and not acceptable.
Now I am calling them for * times for thsi issue happening every month and they don’t provide any solutions saying you can only take reversal once, but its not logical because you are not doing favours you made incorrect charges without informing me in advance while booking BAlance transfer neither it was mentioned on website.
Please help me in this matter and SBI needs to be clear on all there policies and charges in starting itself. I want that unnecessary cahrged amount back the valid cahrges are ₹*** per month. Please provide a solution
