i have taken health insurance policy no ********* and paid premium for ** yrs to lic. deepak kumar admitted in bgh bokaro for * days, i submitted all documents at lic sec iv on ** oct **** which was not yet reimbursed. i am submitted online complain on lic portal still neither satisfactory reply nor claimed amount was credited in my account. on making desk inquiry, no valid reply provided and i made visit one table to another table to know status of my claim made for reimbursement
