I had purchased a health insurance policy ProHealth Protect to cover myself & my family. But when my wife got admitted for treatment and I submitted a claim for cashless benefits, they refused to accept the claim saying the patient had a history of fracture of Right Humerus and Psoriasis since last ** years so no claim can be entertained.

I have contacted multiple times but received no fruitful response. Infact even the doctors gave this in writing that Psoriasis has no relation with the abdominal pain but Cigna is not accepting the claim.

I have spent a huge amount on treatment in two hospitals but the company is not providing any benefits under my insurance policy. I have suffered financial loss and mental stress due to rejection of a claim.

I want them to approve my claim immediately and pay for all the medical expenses of both the hospitals.
