Hdfc Bank - HDFC Retail Fraud On Two Wheeler Loan NOC

Dear Sir,
I have paid *** Rupees at HDFC Bank Retail in Begumpet Hyderabad to get the NOC for my Vehicle number AP**CL**** as an emergency. but they have given only fee receipt and I didn't collect the NOC. later I came to know and I thought of collecting the same in Visakhapatnam HDFC Bank in Seethammadhara Branch. I met Raviteja who is the Customer relationship manager and explained the same to him. he told me to give * hour time as he needs to get an approval. I contacted customer care and they also informed to Vizag to release the NOC. but here in Vizag these people are denied and said that they don't have access to the database which is completely unbelievable. they guessed my urgency and said that I need to pay the extra *** rupees if I want it immediately. I told them why I have to pay another time where I didn't get the copy for my first payment. they have given a free suggestion to go to Hyderabad to collect the NOC. later Raviteja told me to wait for another * hours. I have waited and spent my half fay over there. so I lost my daily wages of **** + my time as well. so request you to make a complaint against them.
