Hdfc Bank - HDFC refused moratorium and to hide that they preclosed those loans and illegaly holding money

I am a Hdfc customer since **** and never missed a single payment in life. During the Corona crisis I was jobless and opted Moratorium for my personal loan.But for instant jumbo loan and insta loan there was no option to convert to moratorium. My instant jumbo loan is **** rupees every month and insta loan is **** rupees.I sent email multiple times as the link didn't work for insta jumbo loan.but I got the reply with same link again.phone bankers also didn't help.So I paid the insta jumbo loan and insta loan until July.From August I couldn't pay.Later i got a job wrote multiple email to Hdfc that I got the job now and I could pay again from December.By this time the bank has preclosed my Insta loan and made my balance look huge and added the interest too.From November I received a lot of calls during the working hours which really disturbed me and people visited my house multiple times and inform my neighbors,They mentioned that I didn't pay the credit card bill.It was humiliating,My parents were in late ** and worried for the first time in life.It is only insta loan and insta jumbo loan they mention as credit card payment .Also if you calculate the outstanding it should be ****×*+around ****×*.For this amount I went through all these humiliation .I was mentally disturbed and felt enormous pressure because of it and for a relatively small amount. My transaction was in lakhs with Hdfc bank before corona.November *th my company gave a diwali bonus of ***** in my Hdfc account and on November **st I have deposited around one lakhs five thousand rupees thought it would resolve all issues ,which brought back my account in positive ,even though they have preclosed my insta loan and made me pay around ***** with all the additional interests . And I got the insta jumbo loan due date on *th december *****.so I have waited to pay on the *th,but they have made a hold on my account for ***** on *st December.I thought it would be ok,because once I receive the salary i could release the hold.And after all these harassment the salary came on December * which is around *****.On December fourth they have illegaly charged me ***** again.So the amount in hold was not released.After I contacted the phone banking they couldn't say exactly why it is in permanent hold.I went to bank and asked them to raise a request too.I went to all these places like a beggar even after my hard earned ***** rupees. Now they mention in phone banking it is waiting for settlement.I never wanted a settlement.I want things like before where I can use my account and pay my loans.But I have completely paid off my insta loan and paid the dues on insta jumbo loan and my personal loan.Now Hdfc bank is illegaly holding my money ***** for around * days where I don't owe Hdfc bank anything now.So why are they holding my hard earned salary. I want my money bank ASAP and need to continue paying my loan amount as before **** every month.Anyone in my situation would be broke.
I want an apology from Hdfc bank.They didn't offer me stabilization charges like other banks.I deposited more than ****** rupees in the last * weeks.I want the refund for all the unnecessary charges and want compensation for all the harassment,and the illegal charging of **,*** should be properly compensated.because my family literally starved as they are charged me twice since **.**.**** I have all the phone recordings,Email and bank statements as a proof.If they had provided me the moratorium as government instructed, All these issues would have never happened in the first place.
