Dear Reliance Digital Team,
I recently purchased a Lenovo Laptop for my daughter from your online app through my HDFC debit card - Order No. RDF********)
However, I have not yet received the instant cashback of Rs **** as per the scheme which was running.
Also, today I received the laptop delivery and invoice but still the cashback of Rs **** is not reflecting.
I have even logged a complaint through customer service on Monday **.*.**** and complaint number is COM********.
Please look into it and credit the cashback of Rs. **** or else I will return the laptop by EOD through your online app today.
Hoping for a positive resolution.
