Lenovo laptop - Complain for refundable amount

I have paid the advance payment of Rs **** for booking of laptop . But due to some personal issues , I'm unable to buy the laptop now .
So I requested to lenovo store kanpur to refund the money but they are denying & not behaving properly also using abuse languages .
