Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail as a complaint regarding broken settlement due to false information by collection personnel and harassment by Recovery agent by calling on my office number, thus trying to bring down my image in office.
I have registered a complaint regarding the same on-call with complaint number: XXXXXXXXXX
The collection agent Ms. Nisha is continuously calling me on my number and also calling my HR, CEO etc people and saying "hum to apko pareshan karenge. Chhodenge nahi..bank ka paisa kha kar bethe ho sharam nahi aati aapko"
These all are wrong allegations. The bank collection personnel gave wrong information about settlemlent due to which due to **** Rs my settlement was broken. Now they are demanding *****/- Rs from me.
I have given complaint in HDFC bank and talked about the matter with them.
They also called former HR of my company who is senior citizen and is on leave due to operation and said hum aap logo ko pareshan karenge jeene nahi denge etc etc.
I said I have filed a complaint in grievance cell of HDFC bank but she again started humiliating.
