Riya Sebastian filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Jan 26, 2020
On Sept **th, I got a notification from HDFC about Rs. *,**,*** deducted toward Amazon. I immediately reported this as a fraudulent transaction. I also got Amazon's confirmation stating that no transaction has occurred. But HDFC refused to act on this. Instead they gave me the same reply for the past * months. Now, quietly, on the sly, they deducted Rs. *,**,*** from my bank account, without even resolving this fraudulent transaction! This is extremely unprofessional and I want my money back.
