Further to my below complaint, please find the dates and the charges , charged by HDFC Credit card services :

I request you to kindly intervene and check at your end that i have sent so many emails to customer services and nodal officers and I get the auto acknowledgements only and received only response once fromm ms. Kaimal that she will be reversing Rs. **** ,but she never done that .

You guys can see I hold a long relationship with you holding Regalia CC and please review my usage history from **** and never requested for reversal of charges in last * to * years.

But in this pandemic, literally my salary is **percent less and you guys are increasing my burden anD it is affecting health and sleepless nights some how I managed borrowing ** to **k on interest to make hdfc cc payment in the past recent, to get my charges reversed but you guys never picked my call at customer service as very insensitive and careless hdfc services has become and never reversed my charges only once after around ** to ** calls
gist of my latest email sent consolidated and very much fed up and stressed out writing emails to hdfc for reversing charges they are not bothered .

December **** to February ****, Finance and Overlimit charges NEARLY **k , you guys are insane i must say , request to show your humanity in this pandemic situation i am middle class salaried person struggling to manage my finance and household expenses, request to reverse these charges at the earliest possible and adjust towards my cc bill.

Currently i am very helpless to borrow funds on interest from someone, as i am not in a possition to pay interest to anyone.

Please check and reverse these charges at the earliest possible will be of great help to your loyal customer, if not i dont have any option left in future to not to opt for any HDFC services and file a complaint at consumer forum as well as at RBI for looting customer's in this pandemic situation and not responding to thier emails not providing any relief as well and only system generated acknowledgements, i know you have a big customer base but each and every loyal customer means a alot.

Hope you will understand my critical situation and need of funds and reverse these charges and lower my burden.

Hope to get response from you guys which i never received.
