Whitehat Jr - having trouble with WhiteHat Jr If they re denying you further classes

My name is Prabhat Tiwari. I enrolled my son, Parth Kumar Tiwari, in WhiteHat Jr coding classes in ****. We paid an advance fee for a total of *** online coding classes. As of now, we have completed only ** classes, leaving *** classes pending.
We scheduled many classes, but they were auto-cancelled by the WhiteHat management team. When we asked Parth’s teacher about this, she said:
“Byju’s has not paid us for four months’ salaries, which has led us to take the difficult decision to go on strike. As a result, we will not be able to conduct any classes until further notice.”
I have sent emails to the WhiteHat management team (Riju@byjus.com, pravin@byjus.com, vinay@byjus.com, Byjus.raveendran@byjus.com) but have received no response.
Therefore, I request a refund of my money or the continuation of the coding classes.
Please help in this regard as soon as possible.
