Label aishwaryrika - Haven t received the product or refund

I had placed an order for a kurta set on June **th. They said I would receive the product within *-* weeks. I did not so I texted them and got no proper response. Didn’t even receive the product Or even tracking ID even after two months. Last week they messaged saying that they assume my “package is lost in transit”. For which I asked a refund and they said it would be done the same day. It’s been * days since that and I have gotten no reply again. I messaged from another account and they blocked me. They are constantly active and replying but not to my account. It’s been almost three months now. I want a refund
