I placed an online order (LA****) with the brand Label Aishwaryrika on **nd May **** for two salwar sets totaling ₹ **,***.**. Only one outfit was delivered; nearly a month later the second remains undelivered. And the main issue is the delivered item is significantly different from what was shown on their website including; missing tag, extremely poor quality and finishing especially around the placket and neckline, wrong neckline shape and trim color, sparse and different embroidery designs, noticeably lighter color. The overall look and feel is much more casual and lacks the premium appearance that the brand advertises especially for the price paid. When I addressed the above issues with the brand customer care on the same day the outfit was delivered (June ** ****) and shared clear photographic evidence of this discrepancy, they completely dismissed my concern and refused to accept a return and refund; claiming it's the same product. They even tried to cover up such clear differences and lack of quality control under " handmade artisan work" and even insulted me saying there's no point in sending a mail about the same to their customer service.
I humbly request for a return and full refund for the misrepresented product and cancellation and refund for the undelivered outfit.
