Purchased Ikkat saree contacting via Facebook messenger and made the payment of Rs.**** on **th January **** and haven’t received the saree yet. Kept on asking for updates and I hardly received response from them. If they can’t send the saree, they should atleast refund the amount but these people not responding and they are deleting the posts from Facebook.
