I ordered one item from H&M order no. Is *********** dated */**/**** and got it delivered on **/**/**** and returned the same because of size issues on **/**/****. Which arrived at the warehouse on **/**/**** as I got to know from one of the customer service agent of H&M. And it's been almost a month now and they haven't refund my amount yet. The amount of the item is rs. *,***. Please look into the matter.
This isn't expected from huge brand like H&M.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
