Misum Nyodu filed complaint against H&M Western (INDIA) Private Limited on Jan 19, 2021
My order was picked up on *th of January but still haven't received my refund yet. Chatting with agent doesn't seems to help me. They told me it's gonna take a week but it's literally more than a week now. I also emailed the customer service,at first they were replying me instantly but after giving my AWB they are not even responding me back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
