I booked two tickets from Ixigo mobile app. But the trains got cancelled due to Lockdown extension. One ticket was for journey on ** April and one on ** April. But I haven't got any refund from their side. The customer chat application doesn't provide any help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
