I sent my bike from Chennai to Bangalore. I paid money in cash ₹**** and they promised to return ₹**** including insurance amount ₹****.
After delivering bike, I was informed that refund amount will be credited in my bank account.
It's been more than ** days, the lady(Praveena) is extending time by giving false commitments. On every call, she is making excuses.
It is very hectic and fuming.
