Freakins - Have been trying to get in touch for exchange for so long now the window for exchange period has end

I placed a BOGO offer on the freakins website and ordered * different jeans in the same size both got delivered at the same time. While trying one was fitting just fine but other was horribly big for a jeans of the exact same size. So I kept trying to get through to them on whatsapp to raise a replacement request but could not get through. Their website is extremely horrible you can’t possible get through to the CS team at all and they don’t have a listed official email id or phone number either. After so many tries finally found a form called as the “Callback form” filled out my details there and showed my frustration. Did not receive a call for another ** days only to receive a call at a random hour when I had to ask them to call me back but since then they never did and the entire vicious cycle has continued since of me trying to get in touch with the team. It has been a month since I received the delivery but have still not received any help from them at all
