Hathway boardband Chennai - HATHWAY WIFI NOT WORKING AND NO SERVICE SUPPORT

We have taken Hathway broadband connection ** connection on dated **-**-** with registered mobile no ********** in the name of UDHAYAM INDUSTRIES through Hathway person from medavakkam whose cell no. is **********. He initiated the payment link and we paid for ** connections. After that he told that the Hathway technical team will come and install boxes. The person came and installed the boxes but we are not able to access these boxes through Wifi. We complained they said you have to contact the sholinganallur service team when i called them they said you have taken connection from medavakkam team so we will not support you. Again and again we called the medavakkam persons finally he switched off. Now we are in the problem we raised online complain one person came without solving the problem he closed the complaint and said the other person will come. Like this few persons came but no one solved my problem.
