I am receiving SMS from Hathway broadband that they would start legal proceedings against me if I don't return the modem. I was using Hathway service in Mumbai about * years ago and since have moved away from the place. When I was moving, I told them to pick up the modem, but they never came to pick it up and now I don't even know what has happened to that modem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
