Hathway boardband Chennai - Hathway Sales person cheated

I am a Hathway internet user for past *yr, internet has been down for last *days and no technician has resolved the issue. When i contacted a Hathway sales person to resolve this issue, he misguided my situation to buy a new *g router where my old one has connection issue, I bought a new one but later when i received a call from the verification team they denied stating i cant use * connections. Fine, i'll use the old one but even after requesting for technical person nobody has come yet nor initiated refund for the amount paid for new connection. During this incident i understood there is fued between the local agent and the Hathway team, as a customer I am not aware of such issued which they have internally. Though I have registered request through the app I can only speak to a BOT. I have no clue how to fix my old connection and get my refund for the new connection i have spent.
