I discontinued hathway broadband services *-* months ago, as service was pre-paid so i already paid all amount before taking service and now from last * months I am getting calls daily asking to pay amount **** rs, otherwise they are going to submit the case file in court and legal notice has sent you. The lady says I am speaking from Delhi and talking with the name of consumer court and weekly giving calls. I also got SMS in my mobile asking for same and Legal Notice sent. They threatening me to take legal action.
