This is regarding Hathway Broadband account **********. I have taken * months plan from them between **/**/**** to **/**/****. So, paid them **** rupees for that period. From **/**/**** to till date they were harassing me with their calls daily on * things. One is about for plan renewal and other one is about returning their modem. When I taken * months plan from them they didn't mention me to return their modem if I stop using it. Later, I shifted my house. So, I didn't carry that modem with me. Now, daily they are mentally disturbing me a lot with their calls. Recently, I got call from them saying if I pay *** rupees they will stop disturbing me further on this as a resolution however, still they are mentally disturbing me though I paid *** rupees on **/**/****. So, my raised my concern to Hathway Team many times via email and in calls but, no use. So, please help me on this. Thanks in advance.
