I paid the bill on **th Jan'** as my expiry date is *nd Feb'**. Don't know why my internet has been deactivated .
I tried calling customer care & the lady was too rude to me saying that she can't do anything about it. I have dropped the mail long back saying that my payment is not updated in the website, Buy didn't receive any reply. Because of them I lost * working day pay.
The worst part is I'm getting calls from the sales team to pay the bill to activate my account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
