Rajeswararao Vennam filed complaint against Hathway Broadband Internet on Sep 1, 2019
Recently I moved to road no ** from road no * in HMT Swarnapuri Colony. I raised relocation request for Hathway broadband. Their technician came four times and said that we need different wire since we had high tension wires near your apartment and we will be getting that wire in a few days. After two days I got mail from backend team of Hathway broadband saying that they can’t serve my area and amount is jot refundable. My prepaid plan is there up to Jan****. There are no terms like we are not going to repay if you change your location. Customer care people also showing attitude and they carelessly saying that we won’t give connection and we won’t pay refund do what you want to do.
