Hathway Broadband Internet - Hathway Broadband Internet False Commitments and Wrong Plan Given

With regards to my account with Hathway bearing no.**********,
the company's renewal executive Mr. manoj called me on ********** and made several false promises in order to get me to renew the internet plan.
He directed me to pay a sum of Rs.****/- and promised the following services in return.
i have voice recording for the executive.
i paid amount date **-**-****A plan with *** Mbps unlimited plan download AS WELL AS upload speed.
Validity of * months of the above plan.
An upgrade of modem and router (Verbal Promise),
none of the above has been delivered as yet.
I have complained several times by calling the company’s customer care and also,
but no proper resolution has been provided till date.
I am still not satisfied and would like to take the company to task.
