Sir,
I paid Rs.***/- to Hathway for Internet connection (receipt copy attached) but even after multiple followups, the connection has not been provided not the money is refunded. I was told that they have not collected any money and now have stopped responding to my emails and calls.
Please help me with this. They are denying straight forward even when I have Original receipt copy.
