Mpockket - Harrasment

I took a loan amount of *k from mpockket then I lost my job and was unfortunately repay back in time. Now they are adding high interest and also penalties ans summoned that amount to **,*** rupees. I want to have a discussion to have a settlement and like a emi but they wouldn't listen and harras me and threaten me saying they are going to contact the references and tell them.
